- Sean Dean Added July 06, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The opening line in HOU's response to my recent enquiry, and I quote "not particularly interested in embroidering or printing on garments not supplied by us" As a potential new customer I don't really want to know that you're not interested in supplying me with the one service that I require. As a result, my embroidery, along with any other potential marketing materials for my own business is now going to someone else. You only got two stars for returning my email quickly, and even then you made no reference to one of the questions I asked. Well done.
