Had a service booked for yesterday as my condenser dryer has broken down again. Only the third time in as many years. Scheduled for between 9 and 11am. By 1pm I was wondering where the service guy was. Called Asko only to be told sternly that there were no car parks in my street so the guy left. Don't buy an Asko product if you live in a street without easy carpark access as apparently the service people can neither locate a car space in a nearby street nor walk further that a few metres to your door, which is a problem because if you buy an Asko product you will undoubtedly need the service people as the products are so prone to faults. Terrible customer service and rude. Will never buy an Asko product ever again.
