  Finally got my new FD-13D! Have been waiting 3 months but it is worth it! Ivan helped me all the way until delivery! Pretty good quality and loved my new van! First day I parked the caravan and broke Jokey wheel by my mistake and screw was stuck but Fantasy service team helped me really quickly and sort out my problems! I was so devastated but they saved my life! Such a good experience with FANTASY team members!

  Dealing with Fantasy has been a great experience. Very happy with the Caravan and it's quality thus far. A few minor warranty issues which were dealt with promptly and professionally. A big shout out to Mike, he has been outstanding to deal with. He is very professional and courteous and certainly an asset to Fantasy team! Even went as far as following up to see how the Van performed after the warranty issues were fixed which is outstanding customer service.

  We have had a number of caravan issues since getting the F3SD, the current issue was a leaking tap in the ensuite that I wasnt able to fix myself, we contacted Jerry and explained we are about to hit the road on our long trip and we were taken care of, Mike did the work for us again and the boys really looked after us and we felt it was very good and efficient customer service, thanks team.

  Brought a hybrid caravan in December last year. The awning dose not match the annex. We have been trying to get it sorted for 9months. They never get back to you they don’t want to resolve the issue and we are now starting legal proceedings to get the issue resolved. Stay away from this company their customer service is non existent and your money would be better spent else where. We feel thoroughly let down and conned

  Deposit paid 4 weeks later needing to cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances. Request rejected “no refund” even though my delivery date for the caravan was scheduled in 9 months time. Please organise a solicitor and take this company straight to fair trading otherwise they will keep robbing people of their hard earned money. With inflation upon us and being a mother of 2 the last thing I need to start doing is arguing and battling this “dodgy” company!
