  Assistant manager Richard was helpful in resolving an issue with one of their contract drivers.
  
  I would avoid using Alan, local delivery guy and organise your own pick up.

  I would give no stars but I have to pick an option.
  This store and freedom in general provides the worst customer service I have had in my lifetime
  Ordered furniture start of December 2021 and paid upfront. Changed what I wanted as I was advised the outdoor setting I liked wouldn’t be available for 16 weeks
  So… after changing my order and purchasing a large amount of items and paying upfront (over 10k worth of goods) I have only recieved 1 item thus far (a single chair btw) and it’s nearly June 2022. Have to laugh at the sales on TV .. good luck cheap deal, you may or may not get your furniture some time in the next decade.
  Full time job chasing these people up as they never ring back or honor their word to call you back.
  Last call I made I was advised I have to be more patient with my order with a very abrupt tone and that was it for me… I’ve been waiting almost 6 months so I think I have been well and truly as patient as possible. Told me they have thousands of customers… I bet all waiting for furniture probably ordered 2 years ago. Total joke of a company, do not order from them! Apparently my furniture is another 3 months away so that brings it to almost 9 months waiting. I understand shipping delays HOWEVER … why is it that every other company I have ordered furniture from which comes from overseas delivered within a maximum of 3 months, will never deal with this company again even if they pay me to take their furniture, not much more to say other than stay away from the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

  Extremely poor customer service! If I could score Freedom below zero I would! I bought 4 dinning chairs from them in December 2021,and they were supposed to be delivered in March but it got delayed until May! Now it got delayed to July! The worst part is that no one contacted me or updated me. I have been hand balled between their online team and the store! I even filed an online complaint and left a message in their online chat, but no one bothered to contact me back! No one cares and takes responsibility for customer feedback.
  Please do yourself a favour and stay away from buying stuff from Freedom! I have had an extremely stressful and horrible experience dealing with them!

  We were recently at Freedom Moorabin and had a great experience. We were served by Kathryn who was fantastic. She listened to what we needed and made it very easy. The products and customer service were excellent. We’d definitely recommend shopping here.

  I visited the Freedom Moorabbin store today and I was served by Ben. I experienced the best customer service - Ben was so helpful and kind, he assisted me in choosing and designing my space perfectly. I also noticed people were lining up waiting to be served by him! Such a lovely experience! Will be back to buy more from Ben!
