  Ripu was so helpful and made sure I had a new Tyre Christmas Eve, everywhere else said they wouldn’t be able to get me one until the week after. Ripu is always helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work!

  I pre-ordered four new tyres during the Black Friday sales in Nov 2020. Two months later I contacted Jax to arrange fitment and due to a system error found that there was no record of my order. Ripu the manager (without hesitation) agreed to honour the Black Friday super deal that I had been offered by one of his staff. This is exceptional service given that he accepted my account of events (that occurred two months prior) in good faith and without any evidence of my order. Sincere thanks Ripu. I have already advised a number of friends and family members of Jax (Moorabbin) extremely low prices and my positive experience in this case.
